KWA President, Walt Missingham, has confirmed two new appointments.
Nick King has been appointed Deputy Secretary General for Wushu (Assisting Secretary General and IWUF Technical Committee member Shao Zhao Ming).
Alice Bei Dong has been appointed Deputy IWUF Traditional Committee Representative (assisting Grant Butcher) for Oceania Wushu Federation.
The appointments reflect the rapid expansion of Kung Fu Wushu in Australia and the greater Oceania region and the consequent need to to bring in experienced people that can assist while also providing training to those involved so they can occupy future IWUF and OWF positions.
