The new President of IWUF was today elected at the 16th IWUF Congress. Mr Gao Zhidan is the new IWUF President.
Mr Goa Zhidan is the current Minister of General Administration of Sport of China and has strongly supported wushu development so his appointment is a of great significance in terms of wushu’s movement towards being included in the Olympic Games.
