The International Wushu Federation (IWUF) has published a feature post on its official Facebook page celebrating the HYX 2026 Oceania International Invitational Wushu Kung Fu Championships, held in Brisbane, Australia.
In the post, IWUF described the event as:
“The largest and highest-level international wushu event in Oceania.”
IWUF also noted that the successful hosting of the championships “elevated the influence of wushu across Oceania to a new level” and opened “a brand-new chapter for the development of wushu both internationally and within the region.”
The post was accompanied by an event highlight video produced by the official event videographer.
The championships brought together athletes from 11 countries and regions, showcasing the growing strength and reach of wushu across Oceania and beyond.
